Modern life doesn't break you. It dims you. Food engineered to be irresistible. Screens that hold you past midnight. A resting heart rate that creeps up a beat a year. Each one turns you down a notch — slowly enough that you adapt.

You've adapted so well you think this is normal. Normal mood, normal energy, normal tired. And most health apps answer with noise — streaks, badges, confetti — none of it touching the dial.

Livino exists to show you the dial.

Health is the volume knob.

Sleep, movement and real food aren't virtues. They're settings — on the chemistry your whole experience runs on, the neurotransmitters that carry mood and focus, the hormones that set energy and calm. Run them well and an ordinary Tuesday genuinely feels different. This isn't wellness poetry; it's how your nervous system works.

The catch: you can't feel the settings, only the result — and you adapt to whatever that is. So Livino makes them visible. Your sleep, your recovery, what your food really was, each judged against your own baseline. And no, you don't have to be unwell to want this. A good life has headroom too.

Calm by design. Honest by rule.

Clarity beats willpower — so Livino follows a few rules most apps won't commit to.

One fact, one voice

Every fact appears exactly once, in its clearest form. A number or a bar, never both. One display number per screen. If a screen feels quiet, that's the point.

Measured against you

Your heart, sleep and recovery are judged against your own 30-day baseline — "typical for you", not "the average adult". Population ranges appear faintly, for context. The verdict is always personal.

It watches, you live

Vitals, sleep and workouts flow in automatically from Apple Watch and Apple Health. The one question Livino asks you daily takes a single tap. Logging your life shouldn't be a second job.

Honest, even when it stings

Food gets a real quality score, and 36 means 36. Missing data shows a dash, never a guess. No streaks, badges or invented metrics to keep you hooked — the product is clarity, not your attention.

Your whole picture, in three quiet tabs.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What is Livino?

A health app for iPhone and Apple Watch built on one idea: sleep, movement and real food set how good being alive feels. It reads your vitals, sleep and workouts from Apple Health, scores any food you scan honestly, and judges everything against your own baseline — so you can see what turns your life up.

How does the food scanner work?

Three ways: scan a barcode, photograph a meal, or photograph the ingredients label. Livino identifies the food and answers with an honest quality score, macros against your daily budget, micronutrients, and the additives named plainly — with the reasons behind the score one tap away.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

It's best with one — heart, sleep and workout data flow in automatically. Without a watch you can still use the full food tracker, log workouts manually, and see any health data your iPhone already collects in Apple Health.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Livino reads from Apple Health read-only and stores daily summaries in your private account so your baselines survive a new phone. No ads, no data sales, no feed. Delete your account and everything goes with it.

What does Livino mean?

Livino comes from the Latin vivo — I live, I am alive. That's the whole idea: a clear signal from your own body, so you can live at full volume instead of quietly turned down.
